The primary function of the BIOS is to load and start an operating system. When the PC starts up, the first job for the BIOS is to initialize and identify system devices such as the video display card, keyboard and mouse, hard disk, CD/DVD drive and other hardware. The BIOS then locates software held on a peripheral device (designated as a 'boot device'), such as a hard disk or a CD, and loads and executes that software, giving it control of the PC.[3] This process is known as booting, or booting up, which is short for bootstrapping.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BIOS software is stored on a non-volatile, ROM chip built into the system, on the mother board and the BIOS software is specifically designed to work with the particular type of system in question including having a knowledge of the workings of various devices that make up the complementary chipset of the system. In modern computer systems, the BIOS chip's contents can be rewritten so allowing BIOS software to be upgraded.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A BIOS will also have a user interface (or UI for short). Typically this is a menu system accessed by pressing a certain key on the keyboard when the PC starts. In the BIOS UI, a user can configure hardware, set the system clock, enable or disable system components, and most importantly, select which devices are eligible to be a potential boot device and set various password prompts, most importantly a password for securing access to the BIOS UI functions itself and preventing malicious users from booting the system from unauthorized peripheral devices.&lt;br /&gt;The BIOS provides a small library of basic input/output functions that to operate and control the peripherals such as the keyboard, text display functions and so forth, and these software library functions are callable by external software. In the IBM PC and AT, certain peripheral cards such as hard-drive controllers and video display adapters carried their own BIOS extension ROM, which provided additional functionality. CMOS technology is used in microprocessors, microcontrollers, static RAM, and other digital logic circuits. CMOS technology is also used for several analog circuits such as image sensors, data converters, and highly integrated transceivers for many types of communication. Class B has a maximum theoretical efficiency of 78.5% (i.e., π/4). This is because the amplifying element is switched off altogether half of the time, and so cannot dissipate power. A single Class B element is rarely found in practice, though it has been used for driving the loudspeaker in the early IBM Personal Computers with beeps, and it can be used in RF power amplifier where the distortion levels are less important. However Class C is more commonly used for this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A practical circuit using Class B elements is the push-pull stage, such as the very simplified complementary pair arrangement shown below. Here, complementary or quasi-complementary devices are each used for amplifying the opposite halves of the input signal, which is then recombined at the output. This arrangement gives excellent efficiency, but can suffer from the drawback that there is a small mismatch in the cross-over region - at the "joins" between the two halves of the signal, as one output device has to take over supplying power exactly as the other finishes. This is called crossover distortion. An improvement is to bias the devices so they are not completely off when they're not in use. This approach is called Class AB operation.&lt;br /&gt;In Class AB operation, each device operates the same way as in Class B over half the waveform, but also conducts a small amount on the other half. As a result, the region where both devices simultaneously are nearly off (the "dead zone") is reduced. The result is that when the waveforms from the two devices are combined, the crossover is greatly minimised or eliminated altogether. The exact choice of quiescent current, the standing current through both devices when there is no signal, makes a large difference to the level of distortion (and to the risk of thermal runaway, that may damage the devices); often the bias voltage applied to set this quiescent current has to be adjusted with the temperature of the output transistors (for example in the circuit at the beginning of the article the diodes would be mounted physically close to the output transistors, and chosen to have a matched temperature coefficient). Another approach (often used as well as thermally-tracking bias voltages) is to include small value resistors in series with the emitters.&lt;br /&gt;Class AB sacrifices some efficiency over class B in favor of linearity, thus is less efficient (below 78.5% for full-amplitude sinewaves in transistor amplifiers, typically; much less is common in Class AB vacuum tube amplifiers). Tumpuan penubuhan adalah menarik minat para belia untuk menceburi bidang ini dengan lebih efektif dan berbudaya saing yang sihat.Selain, menerajui aktiviti-aktiviti berkonsepkan sukan permotoran yang sebelum ini tidak mempunyai haluan yang disarankan kerajaan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Penubuhan ini akan melakukan pembaharuan bagi para belia untuk menggunakan kelebihan yang ada dengan menganjurkan aktiviti yang sah di bawa undang-undang kerajaan. Ini sekaligus memberi satu impak yang besar kepada kerajaan bagi mengurangkan kegiatan aktiviti yang tidak bermoral seperti menganjur perlumbaan haram yang akhirnya membawa padah kepada individu serta masyarakat. Malah, akan membawa kemusnahan masa depan mereka. Dengan itu, pertubuhan ini akan cuba mencari seberapa banyak iktihar bagi membetulkan situasi demi para belia yang bakal menjadi pemimpin negara masa depan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Peraturan-peraturan yang dibentuk oleh pertubuhan ini juga mampu membentuk para belia untuk mematuhi undang-undang. Ini penting bagi mendisiplinkan para belia daripada melakukan kesalahan dan sekaligus imej para belia tidak akan tercemar , lebih-lebih lagi persepsi masyarakat terhadap belia yang berkecimpung dalam pengiat sukan permotoran ini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk memastikan pertubuhan ini ditubuhkan dapat diaplikasikan sebaik mungkin, pihak ahli jawatankuasa akan bertindak lebih efeksyen , bijak berkomunikasi dan setiasa memupuk sifat rasional. Disamping tegas dalam mematuhi segala undang-undang yang mampu menerapkan nilai-nilai murni kepada para belia agar tidak mensia-siakan dunia sukan permotoran ini. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oleh itu, kerjasama antara semua pihak amatlah diperlukan dalam merealisasikan impian ini.
